- This series, Scientific Activities, contains the core of G.P.'s research. The documents are collected in three subseries C.1, C.2, C.3 reflecting the placement given by the author in three different sections.In most cases it was Preparata himself who assigned a title to each file containing handwritten notes, research sorted by subject, notes for lectures or conferences with transparencies and reprints on the same subject. Letters, drafts, charts are also present.The correspondence was collected by Preparata in chronologically ordered files (see H); letters in the different files were not moved to the "Correspondence" series when the connection with the remaining documentation was evident.
